Under normal market conditions, they invest at least 80% of their assets, floating rate credit instruments and other structured credit investments, including (i) CLO debt and subordinated (i.e. residual or equity) securities; or net worth plus borrowings; (ii) traditional corporate credit investments, including leveraged loans and high yield bonds; (iii) opportunistic credit investments, including stress and bad credit situations and long/short credit investments; and (iv) other credit-related instruments.
