Until August 15, 2008, the company operated as a blank check company. On the same day, the company acquired S.T. Pipeline, Inc. and C.J. Hughes Construction Company, Inc., as well as the proceeds from the company's initial public offering. S. T. Pipeline and C. J Hughes operate as wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company. U.S. Energy Services is a provider of contracted services to U.S. energy suppliers, primarily natural gas and electricity suppliers. The company's services include: installation, replacement and maintenance of pipelines in the oil and gas industry. Two power companies for General Electric services and various other industrial applications. Install water and sewage pipes for various government agencies.
