The company is a holding company that provides common services to subsidiaries, including preparing and consolidating the company's financial statements, complying with various regulatory requirements and maintaining publicly held securities listings, and directing the company's overall strategy with the board of directors. The company's activities are divided into three divisions: HIFU, ESWL and Distribution.
