Digital Ally, Inc., manufactures digital video imaging and storage products for use in law enforcement, security and business applications. The company's current products are mainly low-cost, easy-to-install, in-vehicle digital video rearview mirrors for law enforcement vehicles and commercial fleets, such as ambulances and taxis; weather-resistant and rugged mobile digital video recording systems designed for motorcycles, ATVs and boats; miniature digital video systems (cut to pockets, belts, etc.) for wearing on individuals; handheld speed detection devices; improved night vision handheld thermal imaging cameras and digital video flashlights. These products integrate independent video and audio recordings, digital video mirrors, officer-worn video and audio systems and flashlights into flash memory cards. The Company's products are sold through direct sales and third-party distributors to law enforcement agencies and other security organizations, consumers and commercial fleet operators.
