Cadiz Inc., established in Delaware in 1992, is the surviving company after the re-incorporation and merger in Delaware with Pacific Agricultural Holdings, Inc., established in California in 1983. Its main assets are 45,000 acres in three areas in eastern San Bernardino County, California. In fact, all of this land is under high-quality, naturally recharged groundwater resources, and is close to the Colorado River and the Colorado River Aqueduct, the main source of imported water for Southern California. The company's main goal is to achieve the highest and best use of these land and water resources in an environmentally responsible manner.
