The Company's Pressure Vessel Division manufactures pressure vessels through its wholly-owned subsidiary Art 's-Way Vessels, Inc., an Iowa corporation whose Modular Building Division manufactures modular buildings for various uses, often animal containment and research laboratories, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Art' s-Way Scientific, Inc.
