Aehr Test Systems was founded in California on May 25, 1977. The company is a leading supplier of test solutions for testing, burning and stabilizing semiconductor devices at the wafer level, in the form of single die and packaged parts, with thousands of systems installed worldwide. The growing demand for quality, reliability, safety and security of semiconductors used in a variety of applications including electric vehicles, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, solar and wind energy, computing, data and telecommunication infrastructure, and solid-state memory storage is driving more test demand, more capacity demand, and new opportunities for Aehr Test products and solutions.
