Marti Technologies Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands. Marti was founded in 2018 to provide technology-enabled urban transport services for passengers across Turkey. Marti started operations in March 2019 and currently has a well-funded fleet of more than 38,000 e-bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters serving six cities in Turkey, serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure. In addition, they provide a ride-hailing service, matching riders with car and motorcycle drivers.
