Laird Superfood, Inc., was incorporated as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Oregon on June 25, 2015, converted to a company under the laws of the State of Oregon on February 18, 2016, and converted to a company under the laws of the State of Delaware on July 3, 2018. Laird Superfood is an emerging consumer goods platform focused on manufacturing and marketing highly differentiated plant-based and functional foods. The core pillars of the current Laird Superfood platform are coffee creamers, Hydration products and beverage enhancement supplements, Harvest snacks and other foods, as well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate products.
