Why is the premium tool still locked after I made the payment?

What if I previously purchased individual products?

If you purchased individual product subscriptions through the app, you will temporarily be unable to purchase the AIME+ Pro subscription on the website. Please manage and upgrade your subscription through the app, or contact support at support@ainvest.com. We are working diligently to resolve this issue.

How can I check my subscriptions on the app?

To check your subscriptions, click the avatar in the top left corner of the homepage to access your profile. Then navigate to the "Subscription" section, where you can view your subscription status and the products to which you are subscribed.

How can I cancel my subscription?
