Zhibao Technology has established a joint venture with China Disaster Prevention Association and Guangzhou Ruiling Intelligent Technology to develop an "Insurance + Technology + Service" model for risk mitigation. The partnership aims to enhance risk management and mitigation services across three core scenarios: government emergency management, corporate workplace safety, and residential disaster prevention and reduction. Zhibao will own 40% of the shares, while Zhongfang and Ruiling will each own 30%. The joint venture will focus on integrated product development, digital service ecosystem, market activation, innovation funding, and industry standardization.
