On September 13, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) published the notice of supplementary materials for overseas listing and issuance (September 6-12, 2024), in which it was mentioned that Zhengli New Energy was required to supplement the completed situation of July's increase in capital, the latest equity structure of the Company, etc. According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on July 26, Jiangsu Zhengli New Energy Battery Technology Co., Ltd. filed an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and CITIC International as joint sponsors.
