Zenvia has voluntarily notified Nasdaq of its decision to delist its Class A common shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market and plans to submit an application for deregistration with the SEC. The decision was made after a review of the costs and benefits of being a publicly traded company, citing significant accounting, legal, and other costs as well as a lack of an active trading market for Zenvia's securities.
