Yongjie New Materials, a leading aluminum plate, strip, and foil manufacturer, is planning to go public on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Yongjie New Materials (603271.SH) has released the prospectus for its initial public offering and listing on the main board, with a proposed public offering of 49.2 million shares, accounting for 25.01% of the Company's total shares after issuance, all of which are newly issued shares without old shares transfer. The initial strategic allocation is 9.84 million shares, accounting for 20.00% of the total number of shares issued. The difference between the final strategic allocation and the initial strategic allocation will be first returned to the net issuance. The preliminary inquiry date is February 25, 2025, and the subscription date is February 28, 2025.

The Company specializes in the research, production and sales of aluminum plate, foil and strip, including aluminum plate and foil. Aluminum plate, foil and strip is the basic material for the deep processing of many downstream industries. The Company's products are mainly applied in downstream products or fields such as lithium batteries, vehicle lightweight, new building materials and electronic appliances.

During the reporting period, the Company achieved sales volumes of 310,900 tons, 316,500 tons, 320,700 tons and 182,600 tons in the past three full years and in 2024H1, respectively, with corresponding revenues of Rmb6.303 billion, Rmb7.15 billion, Rmb6.504 billion and Rmb3.732 billion, and net profits attributable to parent of Rmb239 million, Rmb354 million, Rmb238 million and Rmb164 million, respectively. The Company's overall shipment volume has remained stable and increased.

The funds raised from this issue are planned to be used for the following projects: the technical transformation project of 45,000 tons of high-precision aluminum plate and foil for lithium batteries, the technical transformation project of 100,000 tons of high-precision aluminum plate for lithium batteries, the repayment of bank loans and the replenishment of working capital, with a total investment of Rmb2.089 billion.
