Yext CEO Michael Walrath has withdrawn his non-binding acquisition proposal to buy the company at $9.00 per share due to financing issues. Instead, Yext plans to repurchase $150 million of common stock through a self-tender offer. Walrath remains committed to leading the company as CEO, and the board of directors remains confident in his ability to do so.
