JEF--

YSL announced that CFO Tracey Travis will step down on June 30, 2025. The company said it has identified a successor and will be named in the coming weeks; Travis will work closely with the successor to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Travis has served as YSL’s CFO since August 2012, and under his leadership, the company has significantly strengthened its financial position, made significant investments in innovation and digital transformation, and completed the acquisition of Tom Ford and Deciem. Analysts at Jefferies, led by Ashley Helgans, wrote in a Thursday morning note that Travis has been instrumental in taking YSL from a $24 billion market cap in 2012 to over $135 billion today. A review of the business may be beneficial given recent volatility, which will allow the company to reset its growth algorithm.
