Terence J. Voskuil, who has served as President of the Aerospace segment since October 2023, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Aerospace. Voskuil brings over 36 years of experience at Woodward, having joined the company in 1989 as a production engineer. He has held various leadership roles, including engineering, P&L, and business unit leadership positions, and has been instrumental in the success of Woodward's LEAP and GTF programs, as well as the expansion of its aerospace services and automation strategies [1].
Shawn McLevige, who joined Woodward in 2008 as a program manager, will assume the role of Executive Vice President and President, Aerospace. McLevige has held key leadership positions within the company, including Vice President and General Manager of Engine and Turbine Fluid Systems for the Industrial segment and Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Fuel Systems & Controls business. Prior to joining Woodward, he spent seven years at Honeywell as a systems engineer in aerospace. McLevige holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA with a Systems Engineering Certification from Arizona State University [1].
Alison Seward has been appointed Vice President and General Manager of Engine and Turbine Fluid Systems for the Industrial segment. Seward joined Woodward in 2024 as Vice President of Quality for the Industrial segment. Before joining Woodward, she spent 23 years at GE Appliances, a Haier company, where she most recently served as Executive Director of Manufacturing Quality. Seward holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisville [1].
