Willamette Valley Vineyards reported a loss per common share of $0.64 for 2025, a 33.3% increase from the previous year. Net sales revenues decreased by 6.5% to $37.2 million, primarily due to lower direct sales and distributor sales. Gross profit fell 7.0% to $22.5 million, and selling, general, and administrative expenses increased 1.3% to $23.9 million. The company attributed the decline in performance to challenges faced by wholesalers and a decrease in consumer visitations at its retail locations.
