Westwell, a self-driving logistics company, plans to go public in Hong Kong and raise about US$100 million

Westwell, a smart driving solutions provider in the logistics industry, is reportedly preparing an IPO plan in Hong Kong, which may be listed as early as next year. It is reported that Westwell is working with China Merchants International, CITIC and China Merchants International to issue this, which may be as early as 2025, and the company plans to raise about US$100 million.

According to the information, Westwell was founded in Shanghai in 2015, and is a global leader in the "intelligentization + new energy" overall solutions provider in the large logistics industry, dedicated to developing autonomous driving technology for logistics companies using artificial intelligence technology.

The company's current main businesses include: Qomolo new energy autonomous driving solutions, Cosmo digital solutions, Loopo road freight intelligent platform, LinkAIge intelligent consulting. The company's business covers more than 20 countries/regions, with more than 200 customers, including APMoller-Maersk A/S, Cosco, Hutchison Port, etc.

In February this year, Westwell announced the establishment of its international headquarters and overseas R&D center in Hong Kong, rooted in Hong Kong and radiating global business.
