Western Copper and Gold Corporation has entered into an amended agreement with Stifel Canada to purchase 19,277,500 common shares at a price of C$4.15 per share for gross proceeds of approximately C$80,001,625. The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,891,625 common shares, potentially raising an additional C$12,000,243.75. The offering is expected to close in 30 days.
