Western Copper and Gold Corporation has entered into an amended agreement with Stifel Canada for a bought deal financing of 19.28 million common shares at C$4.15 per share, raising approximately C$80 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds to advance permitting and engineering activities at its Casino Project in the Yukon and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The offering is expected to be completed by a short form prospectus filed in Canada and a registration statement filed in the US.
