Westbank Corp has sold its remaining stake in the Senakw Indigenous-led housing project to Ontario pension fund OPTrust, marking the latest divestment by the company due to Vancouver's residential market slowdown. The project, which will have over 6,000 rental units and 1,200 homes, will now be a restructured partnership with the Squamish Nation assuming 100% control for the second two phases.
