Andrew Rabinowitz will join Arena's board of directors, and Matthew Skurbe will be appointed Arena's Chief Operating Officer, replacing Lawrence Cutler. Timothy Newville will succeed Skurbe as Arena's Chief Financial Officer. The changes will take effect on April 1, 2026.
