Wells Fargo analyst Michael Berg wrote in a note on Thursday that Smartsheet (SMAR.US) could be acquired for a "reasonable" price of $60 per share. If the deal, as reported, closes in the coming weeks, other parties may show interest in a possible "go-shop" period. Berg has a $60 price target and an "overweight" rating on Smartsheet.
