D-Wave Quantum Inc. (QBTS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Markovich John M. made two transactions on December 3 and 4, 2025. On December 3, he acquired 100,000 shares at $0.92 per share, but later sold the same number of shares at $25.05 per share. On December 4, he purchased 100,000 shares at $0.92 per share, only to sell them at $27.56 per share. In a separate transaction, Director Nielsen Kirstjen sold 7,000 shares at $22.62 per share on December 3.
