CrowdStrike(CRWD.US) plunged heavily in the current night trading, once down more than 12%.

On the news, "Microsoft Blue Screen" topped the hot search. Many netizens posted pictures showing the blue screen of their computers, and some of them had the "csagent.sys" error. This problem also affected Windows users in multiple regions around the world. Some network engineers said that the problem was with the CrowdStrike antivirus platform, which caused blue screens in New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and India, among other regions.

Microsoft support center staff also said that for the mass blue screen phenomenon, they have found that most of the blue screens are caused by the installation of third-party antivirus software on company computers. At present, it is confirmed that the blue screen is caused by the update of the antivirus software, and if the modification of the driver file name is invalid, it can only be suggested to contact the company IT for further processing. With the severe interruption of Microsoft services, it led to the inability of global users to access its cloud computing platform, which in turn led to the cancellation of flights by several airlines.
