Waffle House has removed its egg surcharge, which was implemented due to high egg prices caused by a bird flu crisis. Egg prices have been decreasing, and the chain decided to remove the $0.50 surcharge effective June 2. This change comes after Denny's also implemented an egg surcharge earlier this year.
