Voyager Technologies acquired Electromagnetic Systems on August 7, 2025. The acquisition completes Voyager's acquisition of Electromagnetic Systems, Inc. on the same day.

(EMSI), a California-based developer of AI and machine learning-based automated target recognition software and intelligence analytics for space-based radar systems. The acquisition was announced on August 7, 2025.
