Stephen Roy, head of Mack Trucks at Volvo, sold 3,100 B shares on June 9 for SEK 814,700. The shares were sold at a price of SEK 262.80 per share on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register. Roy owned 48,587 shares in Volvo as of April 28.

Nordic specialist mortgage provider Enity Holding has announced plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) and list its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The company's majority shareholder, EQT, will offer up to 25.5 million shares in the IPO, with a potential further 3.8 million shares for an overallotment option. Shares will be priced at 57 Swedish kronor ($5.91) each, giving the company a market value of 2.85 billion kronor [1].

Enity Holding specializes in serving borrowers with strong future payment ability who are often overlooked by high-street banks. The company's Chief Executive, Bjorn Lander, stated, "We specialize in serving borrowers with strong future payment ability who are often overlooked by high-street banks, including entrepreneurs and individuals with limited credit history" [1].

The IPO represents around 58.7% of the total shares and votes in the company. Cornerstone investors, including Tredje AP-fonden, Harry Klagsbrun via Harmar, Jofam, and Handelsbanken Fonder, have committed to acquire shares worth 625 million kronor. If fully subscribed and the overallotment option is exercised in full, EQT will own around 41.4% of Enity's shares [1].

Additionally, recent share transactions in the Nordic market include Rutger Arnhult, through his holding company M2 Asset Management, purchasing 265,702 shares in real estate company Logistea for approximately SEK 3.76 million on June 6. This purchase increased M2's holding to just over 100 million shares, representing 19.65% of the capital and 26.35% of the votes in Logistea [2].

On June 4, Hege Hellström, a board member of research-based pharmaceutical company Camurus, bought 500 shares in the company for SEK 324,000. This transaction increased Hellström's shareholding to 3,750 shares [3].
