VivoPower Sells Ripple Labs Stake to KWeather, Takes 20% Stake in KOSDAQ Firm

VivoPower International has agreed to sell part of its Ripple Labs shares to KWeather Co, a South Korean firm, in exchange for a 20% stake in KWeather. The remaining shares will be acquired by Lean Ventures, a South Korean venture capital firm. VivoPower emphasized that it will not be acquiring digital assets on its balance sheet and will focus on scaling its data center infrastructure business. The company's shares jumped 16% aftermarket on the news.
