The Visualize Group Announces Acquisition of BMM TestLabs to Strengthen Position in Regulated Gaming Sector
April 15, 2025
The Visualize Group, a private investment firm specializing in mission-critical services, has agreed to acquire BMM TestLabs, a global leader in testing, inspection, compliance, and certification (TICC) services for the regulated gaming industry. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, positions BMM for expanded operational scale and global growth in an increasingly regulated gaming market.
Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Las Vegas, BMM TestLabs has provided technical and regulatory compliance services to gaming product suppliers across six continents. With a 44-year history of ensuring gaming products meet security, fairness, and reliability standards, BMM has established itself as a trusted partner for regulators, operators, and suppliers. The company also pioneered independent gaming standards in 1992 and online gaming standards in 2001.
Under the terms of the agreement, BMM’s President and CEO, Martin Storm, will retain a significant stake and continue leading the business. Visualize also plans to implement a broad-based employee ownership program, aligning staff with its growth strategy, which includes organic expansion and potential inorganic opportunities.
C.C. Melvin Ike, Managing Partner of Visualize, emphasized BMM’s strategic value in addressing rising demand for compliant gaming solutions as new jurisdictions enter the market. “BMM’s global footprint, technical expertise, and trusted reputation make it well-positioned to capitalize on the evolving regulatory landscape,” Ike stated.
Storm echoed this sentiment, noting the partnership would accelerate BMM’s ability to meet industry needs while maintaining its commitment to integrity and innovation.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. The acquisition reflects Visualize’s focus on investing in high-conviction, services-based businesses operating in growth sectors. With over 600 employees across 16 global locations, BMM’s operations will likely benefit from Visualize’s capital and strategic resources as regulated gaming markets expand worldwide.
