The strategic collaboration aims to establish a robust network of 120 extended service workshops, enhancing VinFast's aftersales operations and customer experience in the country.

VinFast, which officially entered the Indian market in January 2025, has been focusing on strengthening its presence through strategic partnerships. The collaboration with myTVS is part of VinFast's broader commitment to delivering exceptional service quality through workshops equipped with advanced diagnostic and repair equipment operated by highly trained personnel [1].

The partnership underscores VinFast's long-term commitment to the Indian market and its dedication to customer satisfaction. Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, stated, "At VinFast, we are dedicated to delivering excellence across high-quality vehicles, inclusive pricing, and exceptional after-sales policies. VinFast's investment in India is substantial, with plans to set up a manufacturing plant in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, and produce up to 1.5 lakh EVs annually. The company is also investing in EV charging infrastructure and aims to establish a nationwide network of extended service workshops [2].

The partnership with myTVS is a strategic move that positions VinFast to offer comprehensive service coverage across India, ensuring that customers have access to genuine parts, advanced diagnostic equipment, and highly trained personnel. This focus on quality service is crucial for the success of VinFast's EV models in the competitive Indian market.
