Village Farms International has launched its first vapor product under the Promenade brand in Quebec, marking a significant step for the regulated cannabis market in the province. The company estimates that 21% of Quebec cannabis users previously turned to non-regulated sources, including medical or out-of-province sources, to access vapor products.
