Vietnam launches NDAChain national blockchain processing 1,200-3,600 TPS to boost digital infrastructure

Vietnam has officially launched NDAChain, a national blockchain platform designed to modernize its digital infrastructure and enhance security, transparency, and scalability across government and private sector operations. Developed by the National Data Association (NDA) and managed by the Ministry of Public Security’s Data Innovation and Exploitation Center, NDAChain operates as a Layer 1 permissioned blockchain, with 49 validator nodes controlled by state entities and companies such as SunGroup, Zalo, and Masan [1].
