Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) has named two vice presidents at its Newport News Shipbuilding division. Christie Miller has been promoted to vice president of communications, succeeding Jennifer Dunn who is retiring after 29 years with the company. Christian Ortego joins as vice president and chief counsel, coming from HII's Mission Technologies division. Both will assume their new roles on April 1.
