VERSES AI Inc. has priced a public offering of 1,007,764 units at a price of $6.946 (C$9.50) per unit, raising gross proceeds of $7 million (C$9.6 million). Each unit consists of one Class A share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, exercisable to acquire one share at $8.409 (C$11.50) per share for 36 months. A.G.P. Canada and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners are acting as lead agents and U.S. agents, respectively.
