(NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) has signed a long-term lease for over 195,000 square feet of office space at Vornado Realty Trust's PENN 2 in Manhattan, which will serve as its new headquarters starting in 2026. This move aims to bring approximately 1,000 corporate employees together under one roof, providing an ideal environment for innovation and collaboration. Verizon will continue to maintain its other major campuses in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and Irving, Texas, and operate offices across the U.S. and internationally.

The new headquarters, located above Penn Station, will feature exclusive access to 25,000 square feet of outdoor space within The Bustle. This location offers unmatched convenience for employees, with direct access to 15 subway lines, the Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit, PATH, Amtrak, and soon Metro-North, making it easier for teams to connect and collaborate from across the region.
