Verisk Analytics, Inc. declined 1.82% in after-hours trading, following the announcement of its acquisition of AccuLynx for $2.35 billion in cash. The acquisition is expected to enhance Verisk's network capabilities across the insurance claims and restoration ecosystem, and is projected to be additive to Verisk’s revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin, and accretive to adjusted EPS by year end. Additionally, Verisk reported strong second quarter results, driven by robust subscription revenue growth and expanded Adjusted EBITDA margins.
