Veon Ltd. declined 1.23% in after-hours trading, following the completion of the business combination between Kyivstar Group Ltd. and Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I, which will make Kyivstar Group Ltd. a U.S.-listed company. The combined company will operate as Kyivstar Group Ltd., with its common shares and warrants expected to start trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
