Venture Global (VG) fell 7.91% to $6.87, near its 52-week low, as investors took profits after two days of gains. The stock had secured a new sales purchase agreement with Tokyo Gas for the supply of 1 million tons per annum of liquefied natural gas for 20 years, but investors appeared to have already priced in the news. The deal brings VG's total SPA to 7.75 million tons per annum in the last six months.
