Vanguard has launched several actively managed stock and bond ETFs, departing from its norm of low-cost broad market index funds. Three ETFs stand out: Vanguard Core Bond ETF (VCRB), Vanguard Core Plus Bond ETF (VPLS), and Vanguard US Quality Factor ETF (VFQY). These ETFs are diversified, cheap, and tilt portfolios toward stocks and bonds with high expected returns. VFQY was launched in 2018 but underwent changes in 2023, making it eligible for this list.
