Val T. Noel has joined TRAC Intermodal as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to President and CEO Keith Lovetro. Noel previously held senior leadership positions at Pacer International, Inc., and CSX Intermodal, where he was responsible for trucking operations, rail terminal operations, and equipment management. Noel will be based at TRAC Intermodal's Princeton, New Jersey headquarters.
