USAR--
USA Rare Earth plans to develop a 3,750 mtpa metal and alloy production facility in Lacq, France, through its subsidiary LCM Europe. The facility will be co-located with Carester SAS' 1,600 mtpa Caremag oxide processing facility. The French government has committed to providing direct tax credits to finance LCM Europe.
