United Maritime Corporation has executed value-accretive transactions, including the sale of its early-stage investment in an Energy Construction Vessel and its oldest Kamsarmax vessel, generating significant liquidity and investment in the Capesize sector. The combined release of liquidity from these transactions is estimated at approximately $15.5 million. The company has also entered into an 18-month bareboat charter agreement with Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. for a 2010-built Japanese Capesize dry-bulk vessel.
