United Airlines Ventures (UAV), the corporate venture capital fund of United Airlines, has announced a strategic partnership with Dfinitiv Inc., a technology company specializing in next-generation loyalty commerce and media integration. The collaboration aims to leverage Dfinitiv's proprietary technology, SmartCXP™, to enhance customer engagement across United's MileagePlus and Kinective Media platforms [1].

SmartCXP™ is an innovative Commerce Experience Platform that combines customer-focused personalization, intelligent loyalty offers, and content aggregation. It also includes SmartLink™, a proprietary deep-linking engine that connects user context and intent to optimized in-app, web, and on-screen experiences.
