Martin Brok brings over 35 years of global leadership in consumer brands and retail innovation. He currently serves as Founder & CEO of mb Capital Advisors and Operating Partner at Advent International, where he advises and invests in disruptive brand ventures worldwide. Brok previously held senior roles at prominent companies such as Sephora, Starbucks, Nike, Burger King, and The Coca-Cola Company, with extensive international operations experience. His addition to the Ulta Beauty Board will bring valuable strategic vision and transformative track records to the table.

Stephenie Landry joins the Board with more than 20 years of leadership in consumer technology, retail operations, and strategic transformation. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Honor Technology, overseeing operational scale-up and process optimization. Prior to that, Landry held leadership roles at Amazon, including as Vice President of Worldwide Grocery, Amazon Fresh & Whole Foods Online, and Prime Now, where she led a unified digital grocery strategy. Her appointment will contribute to Ulta Beauty's digital innovation and sustainability leadership.
