CRH--
Kovalska, Ukraine's largest consumer of cement, is challenging the country's anti-monopolies committee's decision to allow CRH to buy Dyckerhoff, owner of two cement plants in Ukraine. Kovalska claims the deal will create a duopoly in the market, with CRH and another producer, Cemin West, controlling 46% and 35% of the market, respectively. Kovalska will take the case to Ukraine's supreme court in September, arguing that the deal violates EU and Ukrainian competition laws.
