UDR Announces $900M Revolving Credit Facility Amendment and Re-Pricing

UDR has amended its $900 million revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to December 2017 with a one-time 6-month extension option. The facility can be increased to $1.45 billion through an accordion feature. The interest rate is LIBOR plus a 110-basis-point spread, and a facility fee of 20 basis points. UDR has also re-priced its $250 million and $100 million unsecured term loans.
