Talen Energy's (TLN.US) shares fell 14% in premarket trading on Monday after the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) rejected an interconnection agreement with Amazon's (AMZN.US) data center, with commissioners saying the deal could increase electricity bills for consumers and affect grid reliability.
