The Fulton County Clerk's Office, which is already a user of Tyler's Enterprise Assessment & Tax and Enterprise Justice solutions, has chosen Tyler's Enterprise Records Management for its user-friendly interface and flexibility in managing workflow needs. The new solution will enhance efficiencies in the Assessment, Tax Claim, and Treasurer offices through integration with Tyler's existing Enterprise Assessment & Tax solution. Additionally, it will improve document controls with Intelligent Redaction and optimize internal processes using built-in configurable workflow queues and automated recording functions for bulk recordings.
One of the standout features of the new system is its ability to offer 24/7 remote public access and a free fraud alert system to the county's constituents. The solution also provides secure, enterprise-class data storage with built-in disaster recovery services.
Tyler Technologies specializes in software solutions for the public sector, providing services in areas such as financial management, education, and public safety. The company's net sales are primarily generated from subscriptions (55%), maintenance services (24%), and software-related professional services (13%).
This modernization effort is expected to significantly improve the efficiency and accessibility of Fulton County's land records management system, benefiting both the county's operations and its constituents.
